Data protection

If within the website there is an opportunity to enter personal data or business data (e-mail addresses, name, address), then such information is revealed on an expressly voluntary basis by the user. All offered services can also be taken advantage of and paid for – inasmuch as it is technically possible and reasonable – without revealing such data, or by specifying anonymous data or a pseudonym. It is not permitted for third parties to use contact data published within the framework of the imprint/legal disclaimer or comparable data such as the postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and e-mail addresses for the purpose of sending information which is not expressly requested. The right is expressly reserved to take legal action against senders of co-called spam mail if this ban is violated.
